Compilation of all insurance policies with details

Following up with Management for New and renewal of Insurance

Providing required documents to Insurance Companies

Follow up of claims and accident reports

To Reconcile insurance accounts and to give the outstanding on monthly basis

To ensure documentation of asset transfer forms as per DOA as and when any asset is transferred

To ensure historical documentation against each asset from capitalisation till retirement

To ensure monthly confirmation of assets by respective operations managers

Co-ordinate with Supervisor to provide all the information related to fleet capitalisation

Co-ordinate with Admin/respective divisions for cancellation/ transfer of sold equipment.

Quarterly verification of Fixed Asset

Resolving physical verification issues with our books
