To provide safe and timely pick-up and drop-off for our guests as designated by management and to maintain high standards of hospitality and service at all times. Improve arrival and departure experience by anticipating guest needs and offering personalized service in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Welcome all guests with a smile and maintain a professional approach at all times. Ensure Limo/Bus is kept clean and tidy at all times. Always have cold towel and cold water bottle on the bus. Check the inside and outside the Limo/Bus at the beginning of your duty. Check arrivals and departures daily, in order to arrange timely pick-up and drop-off. Provide transportation to guests as assigned by GSA or your superiors.
Be familiar with the hotel services and hours of operations. Be familiar with all local attractions, hotels, restaurants, familiar with all Bell stand SOP’s and LSOP’s. Maintain constant contact with the Concierge/Front Desk regarding arrivals and departure information. Be able to perform all Concierge duties.
Ensure that the Limo/Bus has regular maintenance checks. Report Limo/Bus accidents immediately to the management.
