Cleaning Supervisor is a key member of the Soft Services delivery team. The job holder is going to supervise team of cleaners and will be directly responsible for quality of delivered work.
Following duties are expected to be fulfilled:
- ensuring maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the particular project (5 star level properties)
- supervising all cleaning related activities (dusting, vacuuming, washing of the public areas, emptying bins, cleaning and sanitation of toilets, ...)
- scheduling of the work daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly, depending on the facility needs
- ensuring required equipment and tools are available and provided to the team
- advising team members on improvements of the work efficiency
- motivation of the team to deliver diamond standard services at all times
- deploying team members to task and projects according to work requirements
- handling basic administration related to orders of materials, scheduling and reporting
