Customer Relationship Manager

Daily business responsibility:





Translate the vision of the customer into an operational strategy.

Ensure the strategy is delivered by breaking it down into tactics and tasks and ensure all tasks get done in time, budget and quality

Responsible for initiatives designed to improve and/or grow the business, in close alignment with the Business Manager (Commercial Lead of the contract)

Engage all required resources involved with the customer into a cohesive team to deliver results for the customer and for the Co.

First central point of escalation for customer concerns and issues. Genuine ownership when resolving issues

Drive continuous improvement process to increase quality of service and/or efficiencies

Identify and realize new projects to the benefit of customer and the Co.

Support the customer to understand the supply-chain needs and any assessment of potential optimizations

Oversee the implementation of services and tasks to ensure alignment with customer expectations

Manage the solution engineering team to ensure flawless interaction with the customer solutions; provide presentations to the customer about the operation when required

Manage the onsite team and ensure their performance at the highest agreed level

Daily report of all activities to the Business Manager, frequent reporting of operational KPI related to onsite activities.



Team management responsibility:





Ensure team knows each other’s roles & responsibilities

Guide team members through tasks when needed

Set priorities, communicate and delegate accordingly

Disciplinary and functional responsibility of the customer services team

Develop the team by performance feedback and continuous training

Develop the team member’s skills according to needs / targets as output of the Performance Management Review Process

Connect and align the team through regular communication, provide on-going feedback to team members
