Demand/Supply Planning and Execution Manager

Responsibilities and Tasks:

This D/S Planning and Execution Manager position is responsible for:

1)Keep the stock level for all inventory SKUs across the group' warehouses in all regions in a healthy situation that is:

-Guarantee avoiding losing any sales opportunities at any time

-Keep healthy inventory rotation

-Minimize future absolute goods

2)Manage the process of placing orders with the suppliers, and tracking the shipments from placing order phase till receiving the goods in our warehouses to avoid any possible delay

This includes:

-Responsible for all forecasting activities associated with markets needs and products.

-Responsible for develops and maintains forecast models that can support the process of demand/supply planning and ordering

-Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

-Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.

-Interact with sales, marketing, and purchasing departments to understand demand forecast drivers.

-Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting

system tool

-Provide input to organization that support developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.

-Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting
