Reporting to Organizational Development Manager the role of the Development Officer will be responsible for liaising with senior leaders in identifying new directions and implementing needed changes to achieve desired outcomes and also ensuring that competencies and skills of existing employees are reached to a level that derives business results.
Development Officer will own the performance management, learning, succession planning, career development, succession planning and leadership assessment program with FNSS Middle East in partnership with HC Business Partners. Arabic is an asset.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Anticipates and articulates emerging organizational needs and identifies areas for an organizational change.
• Provides expertise on organization development and systems analysis.
• Manages change effectively and liaisons with recruitment officer to source candidates from multiple sources.
• Lead and facilitate employee engagement surveys, present results and solutions to the executive team under the supervision of OD Manager.
• Lead Performance Management program to drive a high performing culture in parallel to strategic objectives.
• Perform learning need analysis; define skills and competency gaps and provide solutions to improve the required skills. Independently oversee all aspects of Learning and development including: defining scope, assessment and evaluation, requirements gathering and alignment in parallel to organization/department goals.
• Content development and delivery approaches leveraging tools & technology in an effective program aligned with company culture and capability
• Measure learning outcomes by using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation.
• Plan, organize and facilitate the learning programs
• Champions the career development, succession planning and leadership assessment programs including 360° assessments and development assessments
