A. Professional tasks



- Installation of Co.applications in users system

- Fixing cabling issues & LAN socket issues

- General trouble shooting of users systems

- General trouble shooting of users application

- Printer routine inspection for maintenance

- End user support

- Helpdesk support

- Warranty of defective items claim coordination including pickup and deliver to/from service provider

- Application upgrade in users systems

- Jeddah other Branch visits (Airport & Warehouse) for trouble shooting

- Hardware trouble shooting

- Network termination, testing, activation and labeling.

B. General Tasks



- Necessary coordination with IT Manager
