Office Administrator - Space Builders

Admin:



-Answer phones.

-Direct calls and respond to inquiries.

-Issuance of official letters.

-Coordinate with various parties on admin related issues.

-Prepare documents and reports on the computer.

-Provide administrative support to ensure that all administrative operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

-Perform other related duties as required.



HR:



-Handling employee files and records; Collecting required documents and forms.

-Assist in the recruitment and hiring process: arrange for recruitment, filling CV’s, scheduling appointments & interviews.

-Handling all HR administrative work.
