Our client, a government organization in KSA is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager for an online / web project.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with stakeholders, understand their requirements and provide consultancy on technical feasibility, best practices and recommendations.
2. To work with business owners and delivery work streams to develop optimal solutions.
3. Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project/product, and translating these into functional and non-functional specifications for the technical team.
4. Manage the product roadmap, prioritize bugs/enhancements/features/change requests and manage timelines and expectations with the client.
5. Document requirements and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications.
6. Document full SRS document, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
7. Lead and coordinate with the offshore technical team on project status, execution and deployment and ensure on-time delivery.
8. Prepare proposals for change requests, new projects, integration exercises including business case, user experience brief, timelines and pricing.
9. Collaborate with third party entities or sister vendors and provide consultancy on low-cost and low-effort solutions for integration projects and proof-of-concepts.
10. Review and provide feedback on technical documentation submitted by the client, vendors or other third-parties.
11. Prepare project management documentation for project tracking purposes e.g. project charter, risk mitigation plan, test plans, project plans (MS Project) and keep them updated as changes are observed.
12. Work with quality assurance and conduct vigorous test cycles on the staging and production for each production release.
13. Prepare reports on the key performance indicators of the product to the client on a regular basis.
14. Support other relevant stakeholders by providing statistical data regarding the platform as and when required.
15. Manage and lead other functional teams including marketing, operations, customer service to ensure they are following SOPs and meeting their KPIs and business objectives.
16. Evaluate performance of members of the team and provide reports on achievements to the business owners on a regular basis.
