Project Manager - Saudi Home Loans

Manages the End to End software implementation, testing and closing of the project. Ensure clear communication with the all the stakeholders and the vendors Full responsibility for the achievement of the approved project plan in terms of mile stone and timeline. Monitor, control & reports the project progress within the agreed schedule and budget



*Overall Responsibilities :



•Responsible to manage project development from initiation to closure

•Be accountable for project results along with the project sponsor

•Responsible to thoroughly understand the business requirements

•Responsible to clearly and completely communicate the business requirements to the appropriate team members

•Responsible for managing any change management

•Responsible to carefully monitor the resolution of the business requirements to the business satisfaction

•Responsible to ensure adequate knowledge transfer and training to the ultimate users



*Development Responsibilities:



•Break down the business requirements and establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.

•Identifying possible risks and developing strategies to mitigate such risks

•Develop a high level project objective

•Develop project objectives into smaller units with identifiable objectives and KPIs

•Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.

•Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.

•Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and stakeholders’ goals.

•Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to the management.

•Ensuring compliance with the organization policies and procedures during the development phase

•Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view.

•Handling change management and or disputes among the stakeholders



*Implementation Duties & Responsibilities :



•Define & maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle; coordinate documentation when needed.

•Arrange customer training and align training with customer goals.

•Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises, and escalating appropriately as needed.

•Maintain timelines and target dates in Microsoft Project.

•Developing a testing strategy and road map and ensuring the testing results in meeting of organizational objectives

•Developing data migration strategies and ensuring adequate transfer of data to the new system

•Ensuring adequate documentation and training is maintained and provided .
