Recruitment Manager

To develop robust resourcing strategies and plans, by utilizing all available recruitment channels and to ensure a positive employment brand within the local and international markets.



- Establishing guidelines and consolidating all departments recruiting budget and business plans.

- Defining policies, procedures and standards for the resourcing function.

- Consolidating and managing international recruiting activities across all brands.

- To provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers, and advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection methods.

- Assisting and advising on the preparation of job descriptions and person specifications

- Writing job advertisements and advising on how and where jobs should be advertised and preparing other recruitment material such as brochures. Devising creative solutions for sourcing candidates where traditional methods are not successful.

- Managing and maintaining the Recruitment Tracking System to provide up-to-date information at all times.

- Coordination with Department Managers/Directors to ensure that recruitment campaigns are aligned with the Company's recruitment strategy and that an integrated approach is taken to manpower planning and development.

- Planning, organizing and delivery overseas recruitment campaigns.

- Preparing contracts with recruitment agencies in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Designing and conducting 1st & 2nd Interviews to screen all candidates that apply to the Company

- To identify key positions within the organization and create an internal / external talent pool for these positions.

- Ensuring that all staff involved in the selection process are trained in interviewing techniques.

- Managing recruiters and support personnel and to ensure that relevant training in recruitment, interviewing techniques and internal processes is on-going and up-to-date.

- Working with government formalities to ensure that local and overseas candidates are advised on the correct process for work permits and transfers.
