Restaurant Manager - Fairouz Group

Key responsibilities include :

• Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will manage and lead a team of at least 30 employees to assist and ensure a smooth and efficient customer service.

• Ensuring the restaurant is prepared and ready for service.

• Management, coaching and training associates, in regards to Health and Safety, food Safety regulations and Company SOPs.

• Undertake and conduct regular weekly training sessions about Food & Beverage topics, upselling techniques, Customer Service, etc

• Administration tasks and data management; P&L, Shift Roster, Food Wastage report, Micros reports, Cash Handling. This includes stock inventory control (i.e. equipment, breakages, food wastage)
