The Role
Manage and achieve operating cost effectiveness targets in line with the profit and loss
Implement and maintain effective administration and stock management systems
Train staff to ensure that the store team are delivering an iconic personalised customer experience
Show awareness of competitor activity and communicate this to the team in regular meetings
Work closely with the General Manager and the Buying team to provide effective feedback, ensuring that popular selling lines are replenished on time
Perform development plans with all team members each month
Recruit high calibre staff and manage their induction and performance effectively
