Warehouse Supervisor - Bakhashab Transport and Trading

Duties & Responsibilities



• Responsible for supervise the receipt, unloading, storage, loading, issuing and recording of items, delivery of finished goods, delivery of raw material to production area, and maintenance of storage warehouses in a clean and organized state.



• Supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the Stores unit.



• Ensures that Stores are kept clean and well organized, and that materials, equipment, spares and supplies are safely and carefully stored.



• Supervise the issuing and the receiving of goods from and to Stores.



• Ensures that stocks are replenished as and when required. Included making checks of computerized reports of stocks held and initiating action to replenish goods at our below re-order level. Writes Purchase Requisitions and submits to Purchase Department for procurement.



• Ensures that all daily issues and returns enter into Inventory Register.



• Responsible for carrying out his duties to the highest quality standards, to be aware of the Company’s Quality Program, to be aware and to comply with his departments standard operating procedures.
