Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and improve the inside sales function as well as the center work environment
Facilitates new processes & tools, communication venues, training and sales methodologies to ensure operational success
Implements strategic sales plans to increase incoming revenue as well as customer data base
Effectively provides excellent and knowledgeable customer consultations which result in increased sales of services and products
