Credit Manager - Saudi Home Loans

Provide supervision and guidance for credit analysts, review home and land finance files and make funding eligibility decisions.



(Major responsibilities)

•Conduct final Reviews on home finance files in accordance with SHL’s established credit policy, criteria and procedures.

•Analyze financial statements for self-employed applicants and business owners.

•Analyze property valuations.

•Ensure established compliance standards are met.

•Detect fraudulent documentation or actions and report issues to the Head of Credit.

•Identify and present credit exceptions, Prepare monthly exceptions report.

•Ensure targeted credit pipeline units levels are not exceeded.

•Monitors credit pipeline & ensure turnaround time are not exceeded

•Train credit analysts

•Work closely with other departments to achieve SHL’s goals and objectives.

•Suggest and help implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency.

•Respond promptly to internal audit and quality assurance findings as requested.

•Review Sales proposed campaigns and ensure its compatibility with the credit guidelines

•Help Sales to achieve their targets.

•Train the Sales staff for proper documentation.

•Conduct portfolio analysis & Report any policy defects or weakness.

•Design new MIS & quality monitoring reports.

•Report any required system enhancements or Gaps.

•Conduct Process Gap Analysis

•Design & update the credit capacity plan, and monitor capacity monthly.

•Performs and carries out duties as directed by the direct manager.
