• Operate satellite health databases to allow long term monitoring of all personnel

• Co-ordinate the collection, entry and analysis of all health and physical performance data from each training establishment

• Analyse data from all databases using a wide range of statistical techniques to monitor long term changes in health and performance

• Follow standardised guidelines for the collection, entry, storage and access to data from both satellite and central health databases

• Design and conduct, with the help of other HSMC and satellite centre personnel, evaluations of health initiatives, campaigns and interventions

• Review extant literature on a regular basis to keep abreast of measurement issues related to health and fitness data, in addition to novel research methods and statistical techniques.
