Global Cargo Customer Service Officer | Qatar Airways| Doha - Qatar Airways

About the Job:



Reporting to the Lead Global Customer Services Officer, you will manage a set of cargo global accounts and to become a key contact to those accounts at a regional and corporate level to deliver exceptional service standards to those accounts by actively managing the day to day movements of those accounts shipments on the Qatar Airways Cargo network.



You will enhance the customer experience for the cargo global account across the network from acceptance point until final delivery.



You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficent service is provided at all times and will pro actively resolve potential or current issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will promote additional cargo services available within the QR portfolio which adds value to the client and increase revenue and will be producing performance reports on global accounts on a weekly and monthly basis and identify areas of improvement in conjunction with other stakeholders.



About You:



You will have Bachelor's degree or equivalent and will need to have 06 to 08 years of experience out of which 5 years should be spent in the airline industry.



You will need to well versed in Cargo reservation systems and be very good in customer service and interpersonal skills. You need ot be fluent in written and spoken english and will need to have high level computer literacy managerial skills.



You should have sound knowledge of IATA/TACT regulations and should have professional telephone skills.
