A Lebanese based company is looking for an IT Systems Support Specialist reporting to the Infrastructure Manager to remote monitor and support their infrastructure in Lebanon and in Europe and to remote support their users.
Responsibilities
• Handle and resolve 1st and 2nd level queries from employees and infrastructure issues
• Network and server monitoring
• End-user support
• Manage tickets and handle escalation process
• Resolve technical issues concerning Windows XP/7, MS Office, e-mail, Internet connections and related software issues
