> Build and maintain excellent working relatinships with both landlords and developers.
> Ensure property listing informatin is accuaret to ensure marketing material is always of the highest standards in terms of quality, accuracy and presentation, ie up to date availability, current valuation/rental, quality photos, accurate property descriptions, correct contact details.
> Take active role in negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords.
> Ensure the Property Data Base 'Masterkey' is updated in an accurate and timely manner.
> Ensure timely and accurate management reporting.
> Communicate effectively with collieagues in the sales/leasing teams to maximise business opportunities.
