Marketing Director - Creative Edge

* Managing a marketing team and putting processes and programmes in place.



* Defining an executable strategy for multi-service, multi- channel, multi-market advertising and marketing activity, identifying those marketing and advertising channels that offer the greatest potential for growth for Creative Edge.



* Building and developing a marketing and PR team (inc corporate comms), providing direction, managing performance.



* Advising on positioning, pricing, forecasting and promotional strategies, supporting the analysis of the effectiveness of promotions.



* Defining PR and media strategies and managing internal and external teams to develop and deliver a strategic, proactive communications effort that defines and manages all internal and external company messaging; ensuring a consistent and positive image aligned with, and building on, the CE brand .



* Working with cross functional teams to ensure planned marketing activity is aligned with growth targets.



* Managing the annual budget and accompanying rationale for marketing spend for the organization.



* Report bi-monthly (twice a month) into the COO providing weekly summary reports of marketing activities and achievements as well as presenting these summary achievements to the Creative Edge Executive team monthly
