A. Responsible for the social media; posting updated photos, answer the Facebook orders, execute and follow up the Facebook campaigns & promotional activities.
B. Dealing with the walk-in customers inside Joud store.
C. Create new marketing campaigns
D. Monitoring other shops weekly to assure the branding, pricing and display according the display manual.
E. Handling the shops’ requirements and orders and follow up till the order is delivered.
F. Plan/coordinate online activities with the customers by sending newsletters for Joud’s new collection, events or greetings.
G. Answer the customers’ phone calls.
H. Achieve Sales targets that been given through the MD and the Marketing Manager.
I. Manage administration work inside the company.
J. Suggest new marketing ideas.
K. Following up on the website data and design.
L. Manage/attend events as a representative of Joud to build contacts.
M. Plan the distribution of the different marketing materials.
N. Maintaining and updating customer databases.
O. Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
P. Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
