Plant Director

Job Objective:

 Develop and implement Company Strategy for the Plant ( Dairy & Juice products and other additional

products introduced from time to time ) to meet stakeholder‟s short-term and long terms growth and

profitability goals, in Saudi Arabia, GCC countries & Export Markets.

Develop and implement business & operational strategy for the production setting best -in - class

processes, quality, innovation in packaging and equipment and at the same time focusing on

people development and technology to successfully deliver on the Company‟s business objectives.

 Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure

proper service to the Company‟s production facilities, which is both commercially beneficial and

efficient.

 Achieve the ISO; HACCP & other related environmental accreditation for the Plant and facilities,

creating the lean Dairy plant, reducing water and energy waste.
