Project Supervision Officer - United Development Company

- The role of the Project Supervisor is to assist and provide support to the Project Design Manager on projects relating to the Resorts & Leisure.

- Awareness of the resort operator’s role and brand standards/technical manuals.

- Follow up on cost issues, design, construction activities and procurement areas, . FFE.

- Understanding of the interdisciplinary areas such as engineering drawings and specialty consultants.

- Possess an understanding of project schedules and key milestone dates.

- Technical support for material specifications, shop drawings and approval processes with each.

- An understanding of the design process sequence from concept thru tender and construction completion.

- Coordinate design packages for review and follow up.

- Monitor consultant’s performance and coordinate with resort operators.

- Ensure completion of all architectural tasks.

- Assist project teams to resolve design issues, construction details and overall coordination.

- Offer solutions on project design and construction issues.

- Review project specifications as per project requirements.

- Attend project meetings as required and report to the project design manager with clear priorities on all issues discussed.

- Project construction site attendance as required and follow up on daily activities.
