Research and Development analyst - Domiatec Group

• Ensure the timely collection of data from controlled trial fields in Domiatec and farmer fields according to plan.

• Review and analyze trial data to ensure consistency, integrity and accuracy based on data collecting guidelines and detecting conclusion regarding experimented materials.

• Follow up & consolidate the results of laboratory experimentation tests (. storage, frying, …etc)

• Develop and maintain documentation and data management guidelines in coordination with the R&D manager.

• Perform statistical analysis according to data analysis plan.

• Generate comprehensive seasonal reports summarizing the trials status (plant assessment during growing season, pre-harvest and post-harvest readings) and lab data analysis.

• Document research and development operational protocol and key audit procedures according to Quality standards.

• Supervise variety registration procedures and ensure their timely execution.

• Review market analysis to support the research and development analysis.

• Exert efforts to develop potato crop through a chain of agro practices aiming at crop progress

• Represent the company in relevant agricultural events whenever necessary.

• Manage and monitor the “on job training” of the R&D coordinator and accordingly prepare their training needs and submit them to HR manager for review and approval.

• Responsible for disciplining & coaching subordinate
