1- To achieve sales and distribution target and other objectives fixed by the company from time to time .
2- To brief salesman on the company budgeted volume, promotional plans and it implementation.
3- To maximum business opportunities in the responsible sales territories .
4- To provide on the job training for salesman and assistant salesman in line with the company policies .
5- To audit the sales for force and identity training needs and advice the manager accordingly .
6- To review, recommended and control customers credit terms and payment collection .
7- To report to the management, competition activities and own brand performance on day to day basis.
8- Any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time by you superiors .
