• Oversee and manage assigned rehabilitation and physiotherapy staff throughout the UAE
• Contribute to best practice protocols and procedures that will be used throughout the physiotherapy clinics
• Oversee initial and continued medical education of all physiotherapy and rehabilitation personnel
• Review literature on a regular basis to ensure that interventions and campaigns are aligned with current health promotion and education theory
• Assess, diagnose and manage a range of complex patient conditions
• Oversee musculoskeletal screening of military recruits and personnel
• Maintain a close rapport with all referrers to the physiotherapist clinics
• Provide statistical data and maintain audits regarding the physiotherapy service
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinical supplies and equipment.
• Provide regular performance reviews of clinics and staff
• Collaborate with relevant staff on exercise programs and patient management
• Give educational talks on available physiotherapy services and on any health related topic as required by the Health Education Section.
