To monitor the flow of SADAFCO’s products or so called SKU’s (stock keeping unit) from the depot all the way to customers, and all steps in between, in order to assure optimal availability at the customer and to minimize bad returns and ‘carry over’.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Monitor:
• Daily measure ‘carry over’ on all retail routes over all depots.
• Monitor stock taking by salesman in the shops.
• Compare stock levels in shops against their sales on all routes.
• Monitor VAN loading instruction against historical sales and stock
levels at the shops.
• Daily check VAN route adherence.
• Monitor distribution of all SKU’s.
2. Report:
• Daily update the Business Managers on performance on the involved
(retail) routes.
• Draft exception based reports on overall route performance.
• Draft reports and draw conclusions.
3. Evaluate:
• Evaluate carry over against VAN loading instruction and suggest
improvements.
• Detect seasonal patterns in sales volumes within retail (back to school,
Haij, Eid, Ramadan, salary payment at end of the month)
