Technical Specialist - Saudi Gulf Environmental Protection Company (SEPCO Environment)

1. Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless (troubleshoot), Multimedia equipment, Access Control Systems and CCTV.

Load all required software - software engineering (Installation, configuration for all type of:

•Microsoft Products and Applications.

•Microsoft Office Professional Edition.

•Microsoft Operating System Windows Server.

2. Hardware, Software maintenance and repair.

3. Install software on all workstations and assign accounts for different users.

4. Create users / active directory issues, etc...

5. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the server room and network.

6. Install computers /all peripherals and provide support to all employees.

7. Maintain the office facilities including, but not restricted to the file server, access control system, billing system, printer, scanner, fax etc. ...

8. Connect and set up hardware.

9. Monitor security of all technology.

10. Input and maintain IP addresses.

11. Maintain user’s branches IT requests.

12. Responsible for Office projects implementation.

a variety of computer issues.

14. Set up computer security measures.

15. Monitor user’s feedback through email or phone.

16. Follow up users’ needs (General).

17. Provide IT Platform training.
