Responsible for the supervision of the Senior Accounts Assistants and Accounts Assistants.
Ensure that the reconciliation of bank statements and the calculation of foreign currency payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure that all accounts payable are met in a timely manner.
Ensure that counter party accounts are funded properly, Escalate any related issues to higher level.
Adhere to policies, procedures and business processes.
Follow guidelines and escalate for approval when needed.
Liaise with Auditors and provide information as necessary.
Support in the periodic reporting for Management and regulators.
