Business Development Manager ( UAE National Only) - Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group

Role Overview



The Business Development Manager (BDM) main responsibility is to generate new business for ADUKG . This includes, but not limited to, building up and maintaining a target list of potential clients, pitching to potential new clients, “cold calling” potential new clients and having a thorough understanding of the corporate training industry as well as an understanding of ADUKG products.





Key Personal Responsibilities



• Effective Strategic Planning of ADUKG public relations and the external relations of ADUKG

• Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business

• Develop a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects

• Work closely with colleagues in ADUKG to identify common new business prospects and cross-sell ADUKG proposition

• Customer Relations Management

• Cultivates the relationship with the major accounts

• Open new business channels
