Claims Manager

Purpose of the job: Process Claims and maintain records.



Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized record of all received claims details using the CMS (Claims Management System).



• Prepare and review insurance-claim forms and related documents for completeness, and review insurance policy to determine coverage.



• Contact insured or other involved persons to obtain missing information/documents.



• Transmit claims to insurance company for payment or back to client for further investigation.



• Post or attach all documents to claim on CMS to be saved in our e-filling system.



• Follow up the pending cases and abide the insurance company to settle claims within the timeframe set by SAMA or the agreed timeframe in policy (if any).



• Verifying the settled amounts according to the policy terms and conditions.



• Provide customer service, such as giving instructions on how to proceed with claims and prepare various periodical reports about claims.
