• Prepare NSS statistics

• Handle DB preparation and installation for NSS elements

• Handle NSS problems and customer complains troubleshooting

• Participate in NSS SW and HW upgrades

• Supervise new NSS elements installation and activation

• Support other engineering divisions in troubleshooting and in implementing, testing and operating new platforms

• Support the roaming division in testing and troubleshooting
