Corporate Chef - Afkar Holding

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the Development and standardization of food products within the brand, liaise with procurement to unify purchasing opportunities where possible and lead the creative process in menu development.



- Work with the Brand and the Host Brand to assure that the quality, cleanliness and consistency of food production in all units meet or exceed company standards of excellence.



- Develop and monitor the Head Chefs cadre across the brand assuring their growth and develop their teams to execute the standards of food production within the brand.



- Establish the brand standards for recipe cards creation, HACCP standards, Food quality monitoring processes, and ensure implementation at brand level.



- Ensure all kitchen SOPs are strictly followed.
