Our client a leading property development and real estate company is seeking a Director of Property Operations to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Company President responsibilities will include overseeing real estate, leasing and operational functions in the day-to-day activities. This includes all aspects of site development, , construction, managing vendors, project scheduling, quality control and sales. Responsible for control, operational risk management, budgeting, and planning for and execution of building projects. Lead the property management team to provide first class customer service.
