-Job description of an Installation Manager



The Installation Manager responsibilities include: plan and administer all installation tasks as per the given schedule, assign jobs to installation supervisors, installers and drivers. Full responsibility for all installation process, progress and quality. He will also act as an installation supervisor; site visit and quality control. Insure that all work complies with the companies procedures and standards. Supervise the loading, unloading, delivery and coordinates with other departments.

Other duties include resolving customer complaints, monitoring vehicles maintenance, arrange training for installation teams, workplace procedures are followed and subordinates comply with companies safety policies.

Will visit installation site on job completion and do a full quality check as per the company check list. Must have an eye for detail, quality and ability to check the design's functionality. Give a detailed report describing quality defects.
