Purpose: Reporting to the IRS Director, the purpose of the job is to manage all data analysis and reporting services provided by the unit and assisting the IRS Director in monitoring institutional effectiveness.
Responsibilities include:
• Reporting of Student Evaluations of Teaching (SETs) - every semester
• Providing enrollment projections to Deans for planning - every semester
• Assisting in the design of surveys and collection of data - ad hoc
• You will be responsible to provide data on alumni with Student Affairs along with statistical data for press releases in coordination with Marketing department.
• You will provide statistical reports to Admissions and Registration including the data measures on scorecards
• Reporting to CAA every semester on student and faculty numbers you will also be responsible for ad hoc reporting to government bodies, foreign embassies and consulates.
• Building data warehouse on MS SQL Server
• Collection and reporting of measures for scorecards
• You will also be responsible for Enrollment Projections for EMC (Enrollment Management Committee), senior leadership and Deans - every semester, SET report summaries by college, instructor and section for Deans and instructors - every semester
• Application/Admission/Registration Progress for EMC - start of each application period to end of add/drop period
• Student/Faculty Ratios for Deans and senior leadership - every semester
• IRS Mini Briefing for senior leadership and University Council - every semester
Qualification:
The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of three years related analytical experience within higher education or related sector.
