1-Developing of maintenance team skill level.

2- Supervising & controlling the hereunder maintenance management activities.

3-Setting of maintenance work according to organization strategies (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measurement).

Setting of regular preventive maintenance plans and scheduling for review and approval.

4-Planning spare parts requirements according to maintenance plans, preparing purchase orders for required spare parts, reviewing and approving the spare parts offers.

Planning / controlling the installations.

5-Preparation of annual maintenance budget.

6-Established, and Managing After sales Service for wide range of house-hold appliances.
