Manager Client Acquisition

Responsible for shaping and implementing the organization’s client acquisition program based on the company client acquisition strategy. Also responsible for creating tactics to develop interest in both existing and new company products and services through strategic relationships building with key industry stakeholders and event organization.



Job Responsibilities:



Provides clear direction and support to the Client Acquisition team in line with the client acquisition strategy and business objectives of the Business Development function.



Maintains clear and consistent communication with the members of the operations team with regards to all client acquisition to ensure a satisfactory client experience.



Ensures the correct procedures are implemented with regards to successful handover of leads to relationship managers.



Liaises with the Product and Services Development Manager in order to update client acquisition activities to reflect changes in the business.



Implements market analysis activities supported by the Executive Business Development and market agencies to ensure the provision of accurate information for the selection of target geographic and market opportunities.



Develops and manages the implementation of the organization client acquisition program based on the developed strategy.



Identifies potential client leads in order to grow organization’s membership base and contribute towards full utilization of products and services under the guidance of the Director of Business Development.



Assists the Director of Business Development in activities intended to develop long term strategic partnerships with key industry bodies and personnel.



Identifies client requirements in order to successfully attract new target market segments and leverage existing clients through identifying opportunities for cross-selling products and services where appropriate.



Supports the Director of Business Development in increasing the market’s knowledge of company products and services during planned industry events, road shows and conferences in conjunction with the Marketing function.



Prepares feedback reports on business development initiatives in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the program.
