- Establish and grow relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers as the essential resource for sourcing and distribution - identify the top selling products in this business.
- Research vendor landscape to keep current with industry trends and pricing dynamics in the consumer-products goods space - negotiate terms of sale, price point, and margin.
- Support the sales team in achieving their revenue targets by delivering quality, hot products that will produce the highest level of revenue to the company
- Provide necessary information for preparation of purchase orders, invoicing, receipts, and payments
- Handle processing of returns in an efficient, accurate & timely manner, ensuring proper procedures & training in place; required to coordinate and control the entire returns process including sending returned/defective products back to source or disposition of returned/extra goods through liquidation or re-selling of the inventory
- Manage stocking, warehousing, imports, shipping, delivery, logistics, quality control & packaging
- Work well in conjunction with various parties such as the admin team, sales team and customer service to handle complaints and ensure support plans are in place to maintain long-term customer relationships
- Keep updated with technology and reverse logistics network trends and implement changes in the company as appropriate - for tracking, purchasing, dispatching, receiving, labeling, storage etc.
- Prepare and recommend operating budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to the budget.
- Receive and approve all deal creatives for products by liaising with supplier, designer, and creative writer.
