• They provide support and supply services to companies working in Qatar’s offshore oilfields. Provide specialized vessels to all companies and EPC contractors.
• They own and manage a young fleet of modern product tankers and crude carriers.
Job Objective
• Management of all departmental matters Onshore and Offshore regarding Quality, Health Safety, and Environment.
• Act as the Management Representative in all 3rd Party Quality initiatives and Audits.
• Design, review, amend, revise and maintain bespoke manuals, procedures, policies, records and reporting metrics regarding the Apex Integrated Management System and related Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems
• Maintain existing certification for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), OHSAS 18001 (Safety) and ISO 29001 (Oil & Gas) and project manage any future International Standards that may be required, this is an essential duty to ensure COMPANY remains in compliance with all current contracts under the original terms of the contract award
• Ensure all company assets are in continual compliance with the previously mentioned standards including head office, yards, stores, workshops and vessel fleet via a planned and maintained schedule of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits and subsequent corrective/preventative actions that result in a cycle of continuous improvement
• Provide all documentation and project plans, including gap analysis in concert with oil & gas majors respective departments for the tender, mobilization and maintenance of all contracts with regard to Quality, Safety and Environmental matters
• Inform top management of all QHSE related matters to the CEO as the primary company expert on all matters relation to Quality, Health & Safety and the Environment
• Management Representative duties for Lloyds Audit for all company assets including scheduling, audit activity and follow up actions/improvements as a result of certification and surveillance visits.
