Quality Coordinator - Istishari Hospital

• Conduct Quality improvement surveys in the hospital

• Monitoring and analyzing the survey’s results.

• Prepare indicator sheet for all required indicators.

• Ensure accuracy of data collection by different department

• Track and analyze the hospital performance Indicators.

• Reporting indicator results to Quality Management Council and other standing committees.

• Track indicator results and ensure that actions are taken by leaders for undesirable trends and variation.

• Conduct daily quality and unannounced rounds to check certain quality elements.

• Responsible for all performance improvement projects conducted by different department, ensure that all departments and multi disciplinary projects send application form,

• Track and report Accreditation Process plans and implementation schedules and activities.

• Review all JCIA required documents prepared and approved by chapter leaders and members, contact them for any required modifications.

• Control distribution of all approved documents throughout the hospital.
