The Account Executive is required to ensure that the corporate accounts are efficiently fulfilled ensuring sound financial results. They will work closely with different functions to provide effective and efficient services to customers. The Account Executive will work closely with customers to provide solutions and to resolve any dispute ensuring customer satisfactions and the clients interest is safe guarded.
Responsibilities will include:
•Building strong relationships between the client and customers. Support customers' needs for proposals, sales, installation, maintenance, billing and debt collection.
•Ensure that customer's requirement are identified and are translated in to business proposals.
•Provide guidance and support to lower level account managers/ supervisors.
•Achieve sales targets ensuring agreed margin.
•Promote the client image by effective resolution of complaints and disputes and by providing excellent customer service.
•Escalate problems or dispute if any to management as required and keep them updated on progress. Also keep customers updated with the progress.
•Provide feedback to other departments on customer needs.
