• Able to develop all aspects of detailed drawings and compiling extensive drawings from architectural plans and specifications in order to produce a construction submittal package.
• Supervise, coordinate, assist and inspect the work of drafts persons, technicians on the production of detailed construction drawings.
• Self-motivated w/ exceptional communication skills and ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Able to set and use FD standards for all symbols, codes and details as required for presentation of all spot & detailed drawings.
• Work independently with exceptional capability for accuracy and detail through CAD software
