NKY is an Engineering and Project Management Consultancy Company. We are seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors for construction and project management consultancy activities in Riyadh, KSA. You will work under Project Control Manager with a team. You are expected to:
• Ensure the commercial and contractual provisions of assigned contracts are interpreted and implemented correctly.
• Review of all ongoing contracts - highlight key points and produce detailed reports on the Contract, Scope of Works, Responsibilities, Plans and Drawings, Bill of Quantity, Payment Terms, and Submission Requirements
• Prepare prime cost estimates and maintain control of all on-going projects.
• Monitor status and accomplishment of payment terms and project costs
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and develop a structured document control process
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure progressive payment applications
• Review and reconcile variances in payments against claim amounts including packaging of supporting documents
• Reconciliation of variance or dispute in claims including documentation, or packaging of necessary submittals for subcontract close out.
• Use softwares related to the quantity surveying and have advanced computer skills
• Reporting to the Cost Control Manager
• Preparation of monthly and weekly reports
