Service Advisor

-To advice customers on any needs

-To assist and support Advisor on Special cases

-Maintain the knowledge on warranty processing procedure and sympathetic complaint handling to ensure that customer complaints are processed appropriately in a timely fashion. Thereby strengthening the image of the Manufacture

-To Prepare and provide the bills to the customers, and explain about the bills as necessary

-To deliver the completed vehicle to customers, and provide advice on the priority of future servicing and repairs to secure customer satisfaction on the work done.

-To manage the front desk reception area (Team, parking and offices) in purpose to ensure the best service to the customer

-Monitoring the WIP (Work In Progress) in purpose to reduce them

-To do a daily Morning meeting with the advisor regarding the result of the KPI

-To handle the vehicle with care, and exercise added care to the vehicles in the facilities,

-To use the Job Card “J-D” or Work In Progress “WIP” as the Only official document of Record and Communication between the different departments and for the Journey from the Customer to the Cashier.

-To respect the Operation Retail Standard Time of Manufacture Guideline

-To achieve Repair on Time

-To respect the Customer Approval & update your Superior on any incident concerning the vehicle

-To work cooperatively and jointly in purpose to improve Quality Seamless to the customer service

-To achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly Own & Team Targets & Objectives on Utilization, Productivity & Efficiency

-Must inform his superior about any problem that you can encounter during your working, to improve it

-To share with the Team knowledge and training information

-To always have a professional attitude inside and outside the Company,

-To ensure that the annual training plan of the team is done and the nomination are submitted

-Must attend all training that has been included
