Obtain prospective customer’s contact details for future follow ups / sales opportunity.
Build rapport, identify needs, offer & convince customers for additional items to original sale.
Possess complete product information & be knowledgeable about competitor product lines to better sell own products.
Resolve customer inquiries & complaintsin a professional manner.
Monitor, conduct stock inventory & make request for timely replenishment.
Arrange stocks / products including packing, displaying & price tagging.
Work as Cashier when required while opening & closing the registeras scheduled.
Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions as per established procedures.
