> To fully understand the full extent of services offered to the landlord, by Mirage PFM.
> Prepare all contracts ensuring all relevant information is received from MIPC.
> To understand the full extent of the Mirage PFM budget targets in relation to "let"properties.
> To ensure accurate proeprty management information is give to the Help Desk Administration team.
> To work closely with MIPC to give accurate information about availability fro maintenance and readiness for leasing to help maximise occupancy levels.
> To ensure timely delivery of all additional services, agreed with landlord/tenant.
>To work with the Mirage senior management team to ensure the delivery of all contract services to landlord/company timescales.
> To ensure all customer complaints are delat with effectively and to a satisfactory conclusion.
> To manage relationships between landlords and tenants.
> To provide any support to management and support eam as required.
> To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
> Ensure that you implemtn, operate and maintain an effective audit/s process that supports the requirement for 6 montly inspections.
> To address and close out all issues highlighted within your auditing process to the satisfaction of the company.
> To be proactive with the information that will enhannce operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
> Ensure all staff under your supervision comply with teh requirements of the MPFM business and that information is passed to the team operating the chosen CAFM system to allow accurate record keeping.
>To provide reports, that are accurate and factual in the timeframes required by MPFM senior management
