We are looking for an enthusiastic & highly talented restaurant designer to join our Innovation, Design and Development (IDD) team. S/he will have an opportunity to grow and develop in an exciting fast paced environment. This is an opportunity to work with a highly innovative and passionate team and gain hands on experience in a unique restaurant design environment.
The successful candidate should be a master of technical drawings and industry standard programs. They should have strong attention to detail and be able to create professional drawing packages and workshop drawings for seamless development. S/he should also be able to think creatively and use their technical skills to develop new restaurant concepts and designs.
• Execute surveys of new sites
• Create restaurant general arrangements
• Develop complete site packages for both front and back of house
• Layout back of house kitchens with an operational understanding of kitchen equipment placement
• Execute brand standards for front of house designs
• Create standard details
• Create material schedules
• Work with local suppliers to source materials and furniture
• 3D capabilities are a plus
• Work with contractors to manage issues during construction
