DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the role of Organizational Development Manager the Compensation and Benefits Associate’s primary responsibility is designing, overseeing and implementing FNSS Middle East’s compensation and benefits programs. He also monitors salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost controls, and ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives, Pay Philosophy and HC strategy.
He also conducts research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, such as salary survey, position evaluations, job classifications, preparing job descriptions, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws. Arabic is a strong asset.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a specialist for benchmarking analysis for planned annual program and as required for specific role requirements and make recommendations for approval
• Undertake specific complex pay models
• Responsible for completion of annual pay review
• Providing all Compensation(including payroll) reporting on regular and ad-hoc basis
• Completion of monthly payroll reconciliation and related accounting processes
• Ensure legislative and statutory changes affecting Compensation (including payroll) are incorporated into management reporting and cost analysis of impact is completed for escalation
• Responsible for completion of market analysis for pay and benefits and completion of salary and benefit surveys
• Work in partnership with Development Officer to integrate incentive payouts to the payroll.
• Work in partnership with Finance to provide comprehensive total reward costs (housing, transportation, schooling, home trips etc.)
• Administer End of Service payables on regular basis and calculate EOS payouts
• Responsible for keeping, updating and reporting Housing, Transportation, Schooling, Home Trip, and other allowances files
• Responsible for analysis for budget & forecast planning for any benefits including Insurance, Fleet and Accommodation
• Negotiate, maintain and administer medical, life and travel insurances.
